Official Record of the First Conclave

Recorded and entered into the Black Ledger by order of the High Council.

Arrival

Participants are requested to arrive between

5:20 p.m. and 5:55 p.m.

Commencement

The First Conclave shall begin promptly at

6:00 p.m.

Once proceedings have commenced, late arrivals may not be admitted until directed by the Keeper.

Attire

Prohibition Era Attire

Participants are encouraged to dress in the spirit of the era as they enter Chapter Blackthorne.

Reservation of Passage

$70.00 per participant

Attendance

Forty Reservations of Passage have been authorized for the First Conclave.

Reservations will be confirmed on a first-received basis.

Once all forty Reservations of Passage have been secured,

The Registry shall be closed by order of the High Council.

The time has come to secure your Reservation of Passage to the First Conclave of Chapter Blackthorne.

Please indicate below the number of Reservations of Passage you wish to secure. If you are reserving passage for additional participants, please ensure their names and telephone numbers were included within your Registry so the High Council may contact each of them to complete their individual Guest Passage Registries.

Reservations will be confirmed in the order they are received. Upon confirmation, preparations for your Official Missive, Summons, Numbered Admission Ticket, and confidential materials for the evening's events shall begin.

Each reservation secures admission for the number of participants selected during checkout, up to a maximum of six participants per reservation.

Your reservation includes, for each participant:

  • Admission to the First Conclave

  • Official Missive mailed prior to the event

  • Official Summons

  • Numbered Admission Ticket

  • Assigned Character File or Investigator's Dossier

  • Participation in the evening's immersive murder mystery experience

Following confirmation of your reservation, the High Council will begin preparing the official materials for all confirmed participants. The date, time, and location of the First Conclave are provided on the Reservation page and will also be included in your Official Missive.
